This is a real custom manufacturing case with a professional transportation and construction company from DR Congo, Africa. The client needed a batch of heavy-duty semi trailers for local road transportation, mining and infrastructure projects.
Before order confirmation, we completed full online technical communication via message. Both sides confirmed the trailer structure, load capacity, axle configuration, reinforced design, painting standard and delivery terms. All customization details and technical drawings were finalized before production.

Full Production in Our Shandong Factory
After all requirements were confirmed, the whole batch of semi trailers was independently manufactured in our own professional trailer factory in Shandong, China. All production procedures, from raw material cutting, welding, surface treatment to final assembly, are completed in our self-owned production base.

Client On-site Factory Inspection
After the production was fully completed, the DR Congo client came to our Shandong factory for on-site inspection.
During the visit, the client carefully inspected the overall welding quality, structural firmness, dimension accuracy, surface anti-corrosion treatment and accessory configuration of all finished trailers. The client highly recognized our factory strength, advanced production technology and rigorous quality control standards.
All products passed the customer’s final acceptance successfully.
Final Packing & Shipment to DR Congo
After inspection and confirmation, all semi trailers were professionally packed and loaded for sea shipment to DR Congo, Africa.
