Our Factory: Capacity and Equipment
Lian Ning Group operates a manufacturing base of about 80,000 square meters with 6 production lines. Our annual output reaches 8,000 semi trailers. The factory is equipped with automatic welding machines, CNC cutting equipment and shot-blasting lines, which keep every unit consistent in quality.
Certifications and Quality Standards
All Lian Ning semi trailers are manufactured to ISO 9001, CE, CCC and DOT standards. Each unit passes dimension verification, welding non-destructive inspection, brake performance test and loading simulation test before shipment. We also welcome third-party inspection such as SGS or BV at the factory, and we will send detailed photos and videos during production.
How We Customize Your Semi Trailer
Customization starts with your requirements. Tell us your cargo type, loading weight, road condition and local regulations, and our engineers will provide a drawing within 24 hours. After you confirm the drawing, we produce a sample or a first unit for your inspection. Once approved, we move to mass production. Typical customization includes axle brand, suspension type, tire specification, side wall height, floor material, kingpin size, paint color and logo printing.
Inspection Before Shipment
Before loading, every trailer goes through a full inspection: dimension measurement, welding check, axle & brake system test, tire tightness, kingpin function, paint finish and overall appearance inspection. We record the results and send them to you together with loading photos. If you prefer, you or your agent can come to the factory for a live check before shipment.
